Accenture Summer Conference
Accenture came to Awesome AV for a one-day conference held at The Old Boiler House in June 2016.
The event started off with a welcome speech in the morning followed by two presentations, We installed a 16ft wide stage was provided with a clear acrylic lectern, the backdrop was a large 14” wide front projection screen, and a 22k lumens HD Panasonic Projector.
We installed 12 Martin Audio F10 speakers in the truss above the audience with two pairs of speaker’s stage left and right, the client wanted to use handheld radio microphones for his speech. Video consisted of one show laptop for the PowerPoint and one other laptop to play the video files, we used a vision mixer to switch seamlessly switch between the two sources.
We light the stage and venue using a myriad of LED uplighters, intelligent lights, and traditional generic lights. After the conference had finished Awesome AV and the team turned the room around to make space for an eventful evening of DJ, food, and party games.
